About
Affine Climate Solutions is bridging the gap between climate-aligned building transformation and sustainable real estate finance.
We reshape how buildings and infrastructure are designed, improved, and financed. Our solutions prove that profitability and climate responsibility are mutually reinforcing. We forge paths toward economic vitality that align with ecological stewardship, delivering immediate and long-term results for our clients while driving measurable climate recovery.
Our Story
Affine Climate Solutions was founded by a team of sustainability leaders, climate finance specialists, and experienced project managers who recognized a critical gap: Canada's ambition to decarbonize buildings has outpaced the understanding of clear pathways and the financial and technical tools to achieve it. Affine was created to bridge that gap—turning bold climate goals into actionable, scalable solutions.
As a non-profit, Affine offers a unique advantage by combining access to grants and blended finance with a flexible, multi-tier fee structure. Operating as a fee-for-service consultancy, we provide hands-on advisory, climate strategy, and project management to deliver deep retrofits, new builds, and sustainable finance solutions efficiently and cost-effectively.
Our work is supported by provincial and federal organizations, philanthropic foundations, and private companies, enabling us to align public policy, private capital, and technical delivery within one integrated ecosystem.
Through partnerships with major banks, credit unions, housing providers, and First Nations communities, we’re not just designing low-carbon projects - we’re creating and implementing the strategies and financial pathways that make them possible.
